Our gross concrete or colored products with a wide side or diameter smaller than 15 cm are shipped within 4 days upon receipt of the order and payment.

Detailed photos of your product to be sent will be shared with you at the end of the workmanship. If you are still not satisfied with the product when it reaches you, your entire money will be refunded when we receive the product, provided that the return shipping fee is paid by you.
